Book a Session
Rabbi Josh Zebberman offers counseling sessions to for couples looking to enhance or repair their marriage and male individuals (age 12 or older) who are looking to live a better life. Sessions are offered virtually from any location.
Who do I offer counseling for? Couples who are looking to heal, repair or enhance their marriage. Male adolescents (age 12+) and adult males who may struggle with and desire to heal a wide variety of negative emotions, behaviors, and habits. Client must speak English fluently for the sessions to be effective.
What is my methodology? In contrast to many licensed therapists, I don't provide diagnoses. My methodology is based on the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy model and my training is from the Solution-Focused Universe (SFU). In our sessions, I'll fuse empathy for your pain or struggle together with a firm belief in your G-d given strengths and abilities. My goal is for the client to feel empowered with the hope, strength and resilience to heal and thrive.
Where do sessions take place? Counseling sessions take place virtually. Upon booking a session, a link will be sent to your email.
How long is a counseling session? Each session lasts 50-60 minutes. Together, we’ll create a space for you to explore your experiences, gain deeper insight into your needs and goals, and foster the clarity and confidence to move toward meaningful change.
What is the financial investment? A 50 - 60 minute session is $240. This is an out-of-pocket investment as insurance is not accepted.
